Reimagining what it means to donate — and how we do it
Your Cleats Could Start The Next Story
When you donate your gently used cleats, you're not just giving away shoes - you're creating an opportunity to connect with a child across the world. Start your donation journey today and follow where your cleats go.
-
Collecting Cleats
While the traditional method begins and ends with a message to drop off cleats in a box at your child’s soccer practice, we’ve built a system where donors can scan a QR code and fill out a short form with basic information and a photo of their cleats. These will then be collected at each respective drop-off location (team practice facility).
-
Connecting Communities
Here is where donors begin to “track their package.” In this phase, we connect the donor with the benefiting nation, sharing its history and culture through personalized emails. By leveraging a large network of university students, we aim to engage creative writers and photographers to help document and share these stories.
-
Distributing Cleats
This final phase is where students are invited to write a brief bio about themselves in any language. After collecting each student’s shoe size, our software automatically pairs donors with students, giving each pair of cleats a meaningful new home. Finally, our team will visit a school, photograph each child with their new cleats, and share both the photo and the bio directly with the original donor via our email tracking system.
